I lead people first. Systems, revenue, and results follow.

Subject matter expert working with leadership teams to design the systems and revenue functions behind high-growth companies, most recently leading the entire merchant-facing organization at a publicly traded fintech company. Now taking on fractional engagements to bring that same expertise to your team.

People Leader
Built full-scale ownership of the client services organization, leading the team to zero turnover over 2+ years, while chairing the Women of Sezzle ERG and founding its Mentorship Program.
Relationship Builder
Led the entire Client Services division for a $29.7B GMV enterprise partner portfolio, driving product expansion, contextual co-marketing activations, and dynamic growth strategies. Delivered 100% client retention, no exceptions.
Revenue Driver
Created, built, and grew a new revenue stream from scratch in 7 months, earning cross-functional buy-in company-wide and exceeding the first-year revenue goal by 33%.
Public-Market Operator
A key contributor in taking Sezzle public on the Nasdaq (SEZL, Aug. 2023), part of the core leadership team that built the client-facing operation to withstand public-market scrutiny.

A little more about me:

Minnesota born and raised, currently living in South Minneapolis, married to a guy named Mike, mom to two little girls, and yes, Feekes is pronounced "Fay-kiss." Always worth clarifying before someone tries to sound it out solo.

About

I love the build.

There's a particular kind of challenge in growing a program, a team, or a client relationship into something that works, then something that scales. I've done it more than once: building a client services organization from the ground up to 100% retention, and building an entirely new marketplace revenue function from scratch, scaling to $100M+ launch to date.

None of that happens by accident. It happens because you're willing to look closely at how things actually work, find the efficiencies hiding in plain sight, and build the reliable process that makes the next win repeatable instead of a one-off.

That build isn't only programs and revenue. I led a Women's ERG (employee resource group) for four years and founded its Mentorship Program, built to break down barriers for women at every level, specialty, and tenure of the company. Real access, not a symbolic seat at the table.

That's the work I want more of: the stage where a company is still becoming what it's going to be, and the people leading it need someone who can build the systems and the team at the same time.

How We Can Partner

Ways to Work Together

Fractional work means bringing in senior, been-there-before leadership on a part-time or project basis. You get the strategic thinking, the systems-building, and the hands-on execution of an experienced executive, scoped to exactly what your business needs right now, without the overhead of a full-time salary or a long ramp-up.

Ongoing

Fractional Leadership

Embedded leadership on a part-time cadence: running the team, owning the roadmap, and reporting directly to your leadership the same way a full-time hire would, just scoped to the hours your business actually needs.

Ramp-up: 2–4 weeks
Defined Scope

Project-Based Engagements

A clear scope and timeline: building the playbook, standing up a new revenue line, or auditing and fixing a broken process, with a defined start, end, and deliverable.

Ramp-up: 1–2 weeks
As Needed

Advisory & Ad Hoc

Lighter-touch support for teams that need an experienced sounding board: strategy sessions, account reviews, or hands-on help through a specific launch or negotiation.

Ramp-up: 1–3 days

In Their Words

What enterprise partners say about collaborating with me.

Launching a new payment program at an organization the size of Follett takes more than a good pitch, it takes someone who can get it done. Kelly was instrumental, navigating internal stakeholders and bringing the organizational rigor that turned a concept into a live program. From my seat on monetization and adtech, that kind of execution partner is rare, and it's exactly what made our Buy Now, Pay Later launch with Sezzle a success.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Kelly Feekes during her time at Sezzle. She's one of the strongest partnership leaders I've worked with. Kelly consistently went beyond account management, acting as a true extension of our team. In our routine business reviews, Kelly arrived with new ideas and growth opportunities tailored specifically for Academy. Her proactive, customer-first approach, strategic thinking, and authentic leadership made her an invaluable partner and trusted advisor.

Kelly is the kind of partner you always hope to get on an account. She is relentlessly proactive, creative, and always game to test new ideas to see what moves the needle. Her thoughtful approach to our co-op marketing strategy, combined with the thorough performance data she delivered after every campaign, made a massive difference in how we planned our future hits. Any company bringing on Kelly is getting a sharp, data-informed strategist who executes flawlessly.

What my teammates and peers say about partnering with me.

"

Kelly worked diligently for Sezzle for five years in partnership and client management roles, as both a team leader and an individual contributor. Kelly's organizational skills, attention to detail, and obsession with client satisfaction are what really stood out to me. I don't think we ever lost a large client that Kelly managed. She was a great team member, and I know she will do very well for any company she works for.

Kelly was an instrumental part of Sezzle's most complex enterprise pursuits, launches, and retentions, overseeing over $10B+ in addressable annual merchandising volume. Beyond the deal and management efforts, she built Sezzle Partner Solutions from scratch and took it to nearly $10M in net new revenue in under a year. She's equally strong as a client-facing executive and in building the operation behind the account. Any enterprise partnerships or revenue team would be lucky to have her.

Kelly has a rare ability to turn new product capabilities into real, tangible revenue for our brand partners. Every time we shipped something new, she was the first to translate it into a compelling growth story for partners, driving adoption and expansion that consistently beat expectations. Her partnership between product and client services meant our roadmap landed as real business impact, not just a checklist of shipped features. I'd work with Kelly again in a heartbeat.
